OUR STAFF
At our facility, we are thrilled to have a team of dedicated coaches and staff who actively participate in regular training clinics and spotting sessions! Safety is our top priority, which is why everyone is trained in CPR and first aid. We take immense pride in the incredible work ethic of our team, many of whom are former gymnasts and competitive cheerleaders, bringing their passion and expertise to inspire our athletes!
Carrie Kiley
Top Gun Gymnastics Owner & Head of Operations; Team Coach, Recreational Coach,
High School Gymnastics Coach, NGA-NH Member
Carrie has been running Top Gun Gymnastics since 2008. Since 1990, she has coached Recreational Cheer, High School Cheer, All Star, & College Cheerleading, as well as Junior Olympic and Xcel Gymnastics. She began coaching Plymouth State Cheer since 2000 until fall of 2025 (taking a short 3 year hiatus to open the gym in 2008 and returning to PSU Cheer in 2011. Carrie has coached teams to State Championships, Regional Championships, National Championships, International Invitational Champions, and 2nd Place National Collegiate Championships. We were awarded the 2023 NGA Club of the Year under Carrie's leadership. Carrie is also a NGA Professional Member, Meet Director, Safe Sport, AACCA, CPR, Sports First Aid, NHIAA, & Safety Certified.

Madison Kiley

Madison graduated from PRHS and a graduate of SNHU where she majored in Elementary/Special Education. She started participating in gymnastics since she was 18 months old and completed her senior year as a Diamond gymnast. She had the opportunity to compete Internationally is 2020 in Cancun, Mexico where she came in 1st All Around. She has been coaching rec, summer camp, and team for several years. She is also one of our NHIAA High School Gymnastics Coaches. She is currently a full-time Special Education Teacher at Thornton Central School, where she teaches K-2. She is OG certified, NGA certified, Sports Safety and First Aid, and NHIAA certified.
Taylor Healey
Coach
Taylor has been coaching here at Top Gun for the past 6 years. She was a competitive gymnast here and competed until her sophomore year of high school. She graduated from the New Hampton School where she competed as an athlete in Field Hockey and Ice Hockey. She is a Graduate of Plymouth State University where she was on the Field Hockey team. While on the PSU Field Hockey team, Taylor broke several school records. Taylor is currently an Assistant Coach for the Field Hockey team at Plymouth State as well as coaching here at Top Gun. Taylor is NGA certified, sports safety and first aid certified, and is working toward her personal training certification.
Arianna Marchese-Ward

Arianna is a graduate of Beverly Massachusetts and a graduate Plymouth State University with a Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education Youth Development and am currently working towards my Masters of Speech and Language Pathology. She was a Collegiate Cheerleader at Plymouth State all 4 years which finished out my 17 years of cheerleading. She was also on an Allstars level 6 Worlds team at Cheerletics Royalty All Stars in Massachusetts. She is USA Cheer certified, Safety Sport certified and First Aid/ CPR Certified.
Along with coaching here at Top Gun she is also the head coach of Varsity cheerleading at Plymouth Regional High School.

Andy Hazelton
Coach
Andy is currently a senior at Springfield College, where he competes on the Men's Club Team. He is also a graduate of Plymouth Regional High School, where he participated in band and ski jumping. Andy started gymnastics at 4 years old and has been competing for over seven years. When he is not coaching or training, he enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, ski jumping, and exercising.
