OUR STAFF
At our facility, we are thrilled to have a team of dedicated coaches and staff who actively participate in regular training clinics and spotting sessions! Safety is our top priority, which is why everyone is trained in CPR and first aid. We take immense pride in the incredible work ethic of our team, many of whom are former gymnasts and competitive cheerleaders, bringing their passion and expertise to inspire our athletes!
Carrie Kiley
Top Gun Gymnastics Owner & Head of Operations; Team Coach, Recreational Coach,
Plymouth State University Cheerleading Coach, NH USAG Board Member
Carrie has been running Top Gun Gymnastics since 2008. Since 1998, she has coached High School, All Star, & College Cheerleading, as well as Junior Olympic and Xcel Gymnastics. Carrie has coached teams to State Championships, Regional Championships, National Championships, International Invitational Champions, and 2nd Place National Collegiate Championships. Carrie is also a NGA Professional Member, Safe Sport, AACCA, CPR, Sports First Aid, NHIAA, & Safety Certified.

Madison Kiley

Madison graduated from PRHS and is currently a senior at SNHU where she is studying Elementary/Special Education. She started participating in gymnastics since she was 18 months old and completed her senior year as a Diamond gymnast. She has been coaching rec, summer camp, and team for the past few years. She really looks forward to working with all the gymnasts throughout the year.

Cathryn Panus

Andy Hazelton
Coach
Andy is currently a sophomore at Springfield College, where he competes on the Men's Club Team. He is also a graduate of Plymouth Regional High School, where he participated in band and ski jumping. Andy started gymnastics at 4 years old and has been competing for over seven years. When he is not coaching or training, he enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, ski jumping, and exercising.
Taylor Healey
Coach
Taylor is in her fourth year of coaching here at Top Gun. She was a competitive gymnast here and competed until her sophomore year of high school. She graduated from the New Hampton School and is currently a Senior at Plymouth State University where she is on the Field Hockey team. Taylor enjoys coaching the rec team and summer camps.
